It's impossible to overstate the quality of service we received from Jean Picket when we purchased a home in Jacksonville. This is a vacation home, so the logistics were more complicated since we were only sporadically available to view potential choices. This made us even more reliant on Jean's guidance and she could not have been more helpful in helping us narrow down the hunt for the best community and home. After several trips over a period of greater than a year, we found a place and were able to close effortlessly thanks to Jean's diligence in getting all the elements together. Jean was the listing agent for a very complex property zoned commercial/residential that contained numerous non conforming structures. She worked closely with the city to get us, the buyers, all the needed information and made everything easy, but more importantly she went well beyond what was necessary to make the older sellers comfortable in their move after spending over 30 years on the property.
